Return Policy
If you would like to return your purchase, please initiate the return within 5 business days of receiving the item. We offer a full refund less shipping and insurance fees for the return. Reach out to alexandra@larkstone.com to initiate return. The day the item is signed for counts as business day 1. For a full refund, the item(s) being returned MUST be returned to us in as-purchased condition along with original packaging.
Special orders cannot be returned under any circumstance as well as items that have been resized at the clients request.
*Please be aware that our pieces are hundreds of years old and therefore have imperfections, which are carefully noted in product descriptions. Please know that jewelry in general is fragile, especially antique jewelry and should be handled with care.
